Damodhara (Karthik) month starts today (29.10.12). Dates may vary in some other parts of the world. During this month, follow these instructions:

(i) Offer ghee lamps to Lord Damodhara (Krishna) daily.

(ii) Follow brahmacharya in this month (Avoid sexual contacts);

(iii) Try to Eat only Prasadam (Food offered to Krishna);
