The Vrindavan Institute for Higher Education (VIHE) will launch a Bhakti-vedanta course online on December 17, 2024. This course is designed for devotees with a Bhakti-vaibhava degree to systematically study the last six cantos of the Srīmad-Bhagavatam.

अध्याय 2 : गीता का सार

जातस्य हि ध्रुवो मृत्युध्रुवं जन्म मृतस्य च ।
तस्मादपरिहार्येSर्थे न त्वं शोचितुमर्हसि ।। 27 ।।

जातस्य– जन्म लेने वाले की;हि– निश्चय ही;ध्रुवः– तथ्य है;मृत्युः– मृत्यु;ध्रुवम्– यह भी तथ्य है;जन्म– जन्म;मृतस्य– मृत प्राणी का;च– भी;तस्मात्– अतः;अपरिहार्ये– जिससे बचा न जा सके, उसका;अर्थे– के विषय में;न– नहीं;त्वम्– तुम;शोचितुम्– शोक करने के लिए;अर्हसि– योग्य हो।

भावार्थ: जिसने जन्म लिया है उसकी मृत्यु निश्चित है और मृत्यु के पश्चात् पुनर्जन
