As a new and inspiring devotee I was hoping you could advise what vitamin supplements one should take to help with fatigue and to avoid mood swings?
I read your reply to someone a few days ago who was suffering from mood swings etc but forget to write down your recommendation and just the other day I was speaking with a devotee on the same topic and remembered your post but forgot the details :(
