ISKCON Mayapur has been organizing the Sri Ksetra Parikrama for the past thirteen years but it has been performed since the time of Vidyapati, one of Lord Jagannatha’s most intimate worshippers who served under King Indradyumna. First meetings
I first met my spiritual master on March 6th 1975 in Dallas Texas. Srila Prabhupada had just been in South America and had toured the Southern United States. I was on travelling book distribution with a sankirtan party and had strayed quite a distance from Montreal my home base.

On January 14, Makara-sankranti, marks the anniversary of the grand opening of Sri Sri Radha-Rasabihari’s temple and cultural complex in Juhu, Bombay.
Two days after the opening, The New York Times ran an article on the front page of its second section, with the headline “Hare Krishna Sect Displays Vitality At Its New $2 Million Temple in India”:
“JUHU, India, Jan. 15—Several hundred members of the Hare Krishna sect, chanting and singing and clapping, opened a $2 million temple
Almost 500 Devotees from different centres of Rajasthan like Jaipur, Bhilwara, Kota,Ajmer etc took part.
HG Devakinandan Prabhuji, HG Panchratna Prabhuji, HG Shanta Narsingh Prabhuji blessed their association.
About 2000 prasadam was distributed during Yatra and about 1000 Devotees took prasadam at the end at Junakhedapati balaji temple.
