अध्याय सात – शिवजी द्वारा विषपान से ब्रह्माण्ड की रक्षा (8.7)

1 श्रील शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने कहा: हे कुरुश्रेष्ठ महाराज परीक्षित! देवों तथा असुरों ने सर्पराज वासुकि को बुलवाया और उसे वचन दिया कि वे उसे अमृत में हिस्सा देंगे। उन्होंने वासुकि को मन्दर पर्वत के चारों ओर मथने की रस्सी की भाँति लपेट दिया और क्षीरसागर के मन्थन द्वारा अमृत उत्पन्न करने का बड़ी प्रसन्नतापूर्वक प्रयत्न किया।

2 भगवान अजित ने सर्प के अगले हिस्से को पकड़ लिया और तब सारे देवताओं ने उनके पीछे होकर उसे पकड़ लिया।

ISKCON News has an exciting opening: the Managing Editor position in its team for a seasoned editor, manager, or budding professional looking for experience! The position is now accepting applications for a flexible start in April/May 2021.

1 श्रील शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने कहा: हे राजा परीक्षित! देवताओं तथा ब्रह्माजी द्वारा इस प्रकार स्तुतियों से पूजित भगवान हरि उन सबके समक्ष प्रकट हो गये। उनका शारीरिक तेज एकसाथ हजारों सूर्य के उदय होने के समान था।

2 भगवान के तेज से सारे देवताओं की दृष्टि चौंधिया गई। वे न तो आकाश, दिशाएँ, पृथ्वी को देख सके, न ही अपने आपको देख सके। अपने समक्ष उपस्थित भगवान को देखना तो दूर रहा।

i have a querry running in my mind from last few days. I got ladoo gopal ji few months back and i was offering bhog 3-4 times everyday but since my family eats non vegetarian food often i was not feeling alright to serve laddoo gopal grain bhog. Also its creating problem between me and my husband he is of the mind that i should worship and offer dry fruits nuts and fruits and now im also feeling that i did mistake giving grain bhog, i maintain cleanliness and have separate induction

अध्याय चार – गजेन्द्र का वैकुण्ठ गमन (8.4)

1 श्रील शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने कहा: जब भगवान ने गजेन्द्र का उद्धार कर दिया तो सारे ऋषियों, गन्धर्वों तथा ब्रह्मा, शिव इत्यादि देवताओं ने भगवान की प्रशंसा की और भगवान तथा गजेन्द्र दोनों के ऊपर पुष्पवर्षा की।

2 स्वर्गलोक में दुन्दुभियाँ बजने लगीं, गन्धर्वलोक के वासी नाचने और गाने लगे तथा महान ऋषियों, चारणलोक एवं सिद्धलोक के निवासियों ने भगवान पुरुषोत्तम की स्तुतियाँ कीं।

3-4 गन्धर्वों में श्रेष्ठ राजा हूहू, देवल मुनि द्वारा शापित होने के बाद घड़ियाल बन गया था।
