Srimati Radhika sat in a bower of madhavi flowers near Malyaharini-kunda (Malyaharini-lake) and strung necklaces of pearls. The story is as follws:

Once, during the month of Kartika on the occasion of the Dipavali festival at Giriraja-Govardhana, the Vrajavasis were busily absorbed in decorating their cows and other animals with various kinds of ornaments. The gopis also brought various ornaments from their homes to decorate the cows.

आत्मा का घर ही तो है

ये हमारी सुन्दर-सी काया

मिट्टी के इस घर पे ही

AS I COULD HEAR THE BEAUTIFUL SOUND OF MAHARAJ'S VOICE I CLOSED MY EYES AND I WAS TRANSPORTED BACK IN TIME TO THE FIRST FEW DAYS OF MY KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS. IN THE BEGINNING DAYS EVERYDAY SEEMED LIKE A FESTIVAL. PROGRAMS EVERY EVENING EITHER IN KRISHNACHANDRA PR HOUSE OR SRINATHJI PRBHU'S HOUSE AS MAHARAJ SAID. WE MET SO OFTEN....JUST LIKE FAMILY. I would like to ask the Vaisnava community to kindly pray for Devakinandana
prabhu (SDG) who is terminally ill with cancer.

He served in Newcastle Temple for 8 years in the past. He is in the UK at
present. First the cancer effected his stomach 2 years ago but now it spread
