Many people have misconception that after performing certain type of meditation he/she can become God by merging into God. However none of the revealed scriptures support this argument. In fact we are always individual and we will always remain so.

Nowhere in Bhagavad – gita it is said that Arjuna wanted to merge with Lord Krishna. Bhagavad – gita clearly says that the Supreme Lord is individual and the living entities are individuals.
