Creative dramatic presentations have been part of the ISKCON culture since the earliest days, with devotees performing at Sunday Feasts beginning in the late 1960s. During this holiday season, the Bhaktivedanta Players performed their first pantomime drama in Bhaktivedanta Manor’s new Shree Krishna Haveli. Based on the classic tale written by Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol“, the Players’ parody was laced with its own Krishna Conscious ingredients, and still retained the powerful messages of promoting faith, morality, and charity.
The show was directed by Jaya Krishna das, and it was written by Radha Mohan das.

The Bhaktivedanta Players of UK have made their Bhagavad-gita audio drama available for everyone to hear during the this most auspicious month of Marga when Bhagavad-gita was spoken, and when whole of ISKCON focuses on the Gita.
The nearly hour-long play consisting of two parts uses carefully chosen music and dramatic sound effects to make listening to the most important conversation in humankind a memorable experience for the audience.

In celebration of the holy month of Kartika, the Bhaktivedanta Players drama group of Bhaktivedanta Manor, UK, have made a seasonal audio play for children and families to enjoy.
The 16-minute drama with voices by many actors, beautiful sound effects and music depicts Krishna’s Damodara pastime in Vrindavana.

The Janmashtami festival held at Bhaktivedanta Manor was unsurprisingly not the usual with more than 30,000 attendance with tents, shows, exhibitions and plenty of free prasad. The temple did the best they could within the parameters of present government restrictions: They introduced a 'pre-booked ticket' system for darshan, spread over a number of days.
