At 4.00 PM, the dead body of H. G. Aindra Prabhu - (57-year-old Advert Frankline Striker, national of Virginia USA) was brought to the Krishna-Balaram Temple, Vrindavan from Mathura Hospital. The body was bathed, dressed up and garlanded at 5.00 PM. With the accompaniment of the devotees of Vrindavan the body was taken on procession and made three parikramas to the temple. The body was then taken to the Samadhi of Srila Prabhupada for darshan.

H.G. Aindra Prabhu has returned to Godhead today morning at 7.15 AM. He was found doing dandavat in front Goura-Nitai, his personal Deity, whom he worshipped. A devotee, who always helped him to serve his Deity, tried to open the door today morning, but Aindra Prabhu never turned up. The door was broke opened by the devotees and found Aindra Prabhu left this world forever to Goloka Vrindavana doing dandavat before the Supreme Lord. We just got sad news from Vrindavan that His Grace Aindra prabhu suddenly left his body in Vrindavan few hours back.

There was an accidental gas leak in his room in Vrindavan causing a blast which caused 100 percent burns.

He was scheduled to do his regular dressing today morning of Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar, ISKCON Vrindavan.

Devotees all around the world would very much miss this great devotee & kirtan singer.

Q: U performed so many austerities in ur life. It was v peak time in our movement. Many times we feel frustrated while practicing spiritual lives. Did u never considered leaving KC?

Ans: I don’t remember even once consider leaving. I accepted “ I have to surrender”, nothing else. I understood from SP books that if we are not submissive, we cannot make proper spiritual advancement. So I was trying to be totally submissive.
