(i) Offer ghee lamps to Lord Damodhara (Krishna) daily.
(ii) Follow brahmacharya in this month (Avoid sexual contacts);
(iii) Try to Eat only Prasadam (Food offered to Krishna);
(iv) Chant as many rounds as possible in this month;
(v) Read the Damodhara lila and other childhood lilas of Krishna from Srimad Bhagavatham or KRISHNA
