During an especially challenging holiday season, the Food For Life Foundation in Hungary is bringing some care and support with its Christmas Love Feast prasadam distribution effort, from December 8th to 27th.

In previous years, Food For Life would hold a massive event in the capital city of Budapest, giving out thousands of meals over three days. However this year amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteers are instead distributing food at over twenty different outdoor locations

Today it was raining heavily at noon but our enthusiastic team of devotees were eager to reach hot kichuri to villagers, a welcome delicacy in rainy days. Today we went to Dandipanitala Gangarghat, Srivas began samaj bari, Poraghat road, Barolghat road, Fasitola Ganga ghat area. Till now, around 80,000 plates of prasad have been distributed. More than 40 food distribution hubs have been established in 31 boroughs as the extraordinary humanitarian effort to get food to more than 150,000 vulnerable Londoners gets under way.
