During an especially challenging holiday season, the Food For Life Foundation in Hungary is bringing some care and support with its Christmas Love Feast prasadam distribution effort, from December 8th to 27th.

In previous years, Food For Life would hold a massive event in the capital city of Budapest, giving out thousands of meals over three days. However this year amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteers are instead distributing food at over twenty different outdoor locations

Today it was raining heavily at noon but our enthusiastic team of devotees were eager to reach hot kichuri to villagers, a welcome delicacy in rainy days. Today we went to Dandipanitala Gangarghat, Srivas began samaj bari, Poraghat road, Barolghat road, Fasitola Ganga ghat area. Till now, around 80,000 plates of prasad have been distributed. ISKCON devotees in Mendoza, Argentina, have established a prasadam distribution program at all police checkpoints in town.

During their quarantine duty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, around 60 law enforcement officers receive a plate of meal and hot drink every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
