अध्याय नौ - माता यशोदा द्वारा कृष्ण का बाँधा जाना (10.9)

1-2 श्रील शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने आगे कहा: एक दिन जब माता यशोदा ने देखा कि सारी नौकरानियाँ अन्य घरेलू कामकाजों में व्यस्त हैं, तो वे स्वयं ही दही मथने लगीं। दही मथते समय उन्होंने कृष्ण की बाल-क्रीड़ाओं का स्मरण किया और गीत बनाते हुए उन्हें गुनगुनाकर आनन्द लेने लगीं।

1 श्रील शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने कहा: हे महाराज परीक्षित, तब यदुकुल के पुरोहित एवं तपस्या में बढ़े चढ़े गर्गमुनि को वसुदेव ने प्रेरित किया कि वे नन्द महाराज के घर जाकर उन्हें मिलें।

Srila Prabhupada makes an important point that hearing and explaining the scriptures is more important than reading them. Why is it so? 1-2 श्रील शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने कहा: नन्द महाराज स्वभाव से अत्यन्त उदार थे अतः जब भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने उनके पुत्र रूप में जन्म लिया तो वे हर्ष के मारे फूले नहीं समाए। अतएव स्नान द्वारा अपने को शुद्ध करके तथा समुचित ढंग से वस्त्र धारण करके उन्होंने वैदिक मंत्रों का पाठ करने वाले ब्राह्मणों को बुला भेजा। जब ये योग्य ब्राह्मण शुभ वैदिक स्तोत्रों का पाठ कर चुके तो नन्द ने अपने नवजात शिशु के जात-कर्म को विधिवत सम्पन्न किए जाने की व्यवस्था की। उन्होंने देव

I just spoke with the temple manager, Radharaman das, in Kolkata. Somehow a fire started in the deity clothing room about 6pm last night. The Deities were removed downstairs and the fire put out. All the Deity clothes were burnt but the fire didn’t do any further damage. Radha Govinda are OK. The temple building is OK. 

The fire brigade had come on time and doused the fire.

   Please accept my humble obesciances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. How do I post on the forum or do I post on the blog here? I've been with the movement for 9 years both me and my husband of 26 yrs. The post I wrote on Cow Slaughter was deleted. I 💘 cows.

 I'm very confused. I'm looking for answers and if my posts keep getting deleted, to whom do I turn to?? People who don't understand Krishna Consciousness?? Go to touchy feely people?? I don't want that . Please excuse my outburst
