If we simply place ourselves at the lotus feet of Krishna by taking to Krishna consciousness and keeping always in touch with Him by chanting the Hare Krishna mantra, we need not take much trouble in arranging to return to thespiritual world.  By the mercy of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, this is very easy.

Hare Krsna

Repression is always there. If we are diseased, and the doctor advises us not to take solid food, we have to repress our appetite. In the system of brahmacarya, the brahmacari represses his desire for sex. This is called tapasya, voluntary repression. Of course, this is very difficult without some better engagement. Therefore, as I said, we have to replace an inferior engagement with a superior one. When you are captiva

24 Hrs engaged in Service

Persons who are twenty-four hours engaged, satata-yuktanam... Satata means twenty-four hours. Not that five minutes or fifteen minutes meditation, and then do all nonsense. No. Twenty-four hours one should be engaged in the service of the Lord. Twenty-four hours. That we are doing. Whatever he knows, whatever talent he has got, use for Krishna. A man was sleeping at night in his cabin when suddenly his room filled with bright light and the Savior appeared. This, the man did, day after day.
For many years he toiled from sun up to sun down with his shoulders set squarely against the co
