Why did Lord remove the memorys of past life?
If we have memory past life it be good that we shall learn from our mistakes and don't repeat them again?

Personally, I would find it difficult to handle all the memories of this life itself if they all came together at once.
Lord Krsna tells Arjuna that both He and Arjuna have taken many births but He can remember all of them but Arjuna cannot. This is because Krsna doesn't change His body whereas the jiva changes his body.
If you want to remember everything then you must prepare to become an associate of Lord Krsna in Goloka. There is no other way.

I can know my past lifes friends and enemy who are they now.
Exactly, such things will likely continue enemity. Highest Goal of human life is not continuing previous life enemity.
If I don't know them at all and we are starting the life every time as new life. What is there to fear about?
I see people fear to do things thinking it will create bad karma.
