Hare Kṛṣṇa my dear Madhava Dāsa and all assembled devotees,
Today’s tribute and highlight of this entire discussion goes to none other than our very own, the one and only, lovely Madhava Dāsa Prabhu.
I had recorded and preserved every message, comment and post you have sent (including screenshots and links). His repeated threats to kill me and statements that he will “put me in hell” are criminal intimidation and online harassment.
Under the Indian Penal Code your conduct falls under Section 503 (criminal intimidation) and Section 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) — threatening death or grievous hurt attracts a far more serious penalty. His messages also amount to online harassment and may amount to offences under cyber-law. I have also preserved metadata and would provide it to law enforcement and the platform.
I can file a formal complaint with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and the local police, and I could ask the platform to permanently suspend your account. Evidence will be used to press criminal charges under applicable provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
I'm respecting you as a devotee – not signing up for your 24x7 threat subscription service. Even if you were God himself, I still couldn’t accept this kind of behaviour. Hari Hari.

i think it's high time now that you two let bygones be bygones.
as both of you are Krishna devotees, why so much acrimony between brothers?
in this material world none of us are beyond reproach, lets just forgive and forget some misunderstandings and mistakes commited by fellow jivas.
my argument to both of you for doing this is ----all of us have a very finite time in this mortal world,it's better used in Krishna's service and wasted in ego pushes
Hare Kṛṣṇa Gaurav Prabhu,
Thank you sincerely for your mature and compassionate words. You’re absolutely right, no purpose is served in endlessly circling around ego and past mistakes when that same time could be spent chanting, reading, or serving.
I never wished for this exchange to become a public tug of war. My only concern was to ensure that no devotee on this platform feels threatened or unsafe. Once that is clear and mutual respect is restored, I have no interest in prolonging any friction.
I fully agree, let bygones be bygones. I’m prepared to let this matter rest now, with the understanding that we’ve all learned something valuable about restraint, humility, and accountability.
At the end of the day, we’re not enemies. We’re fellow travelers trying to remember Kṛṣṇa amidst the noise of Kali-yuga. So yes, let’s turn this energy back toward hari-kathā and seva, where it truly belongs. Hari Hari.
Hare Kṛṣṇa dear devotees, look — the prodigal threat-maker returns with a timestamped sob story. How touching.
And thank you, Madhava dāsa, for finally putting things in chronological order — though the narrative still seems to be edited with selective memory and a generous serving of self-justification. You rage-post, you delete the evidence like a toddler hiding candy. Imagine that on your bio: “12 years on the forum — specializes in deleted rants and death threats.” How’s that for branding? Let’s walk through this calmly, and factually.
Let’s recap for anyone who missed the drama: you posted ugly threats, you admitted it later, you told people not to consider deleted posts, and now you’re upset because someone responded to what as visible. That’s not a mystery — that’s a one-man tragicomedy called “Too Hot to Hide.”
Let me paint the likely future for you, since you seem fond of timelines:
• Moderators and normal devotees will remember the post that you wrote, not the version you wish had happened. • The screenshots I have (and the metadata) will be the permanent receipts everyone can see. They don’t evaporate because you regret having a meltdown.
• When devotees scroll back through the thread, they’ll point and whisper: “oh yes — that’s the one who threatened Naraka.” Not exactly a recommendation for invitations to dharma circles or seva projects, is it?
You wanted clarity? Here it is in plain language: threats + bhakti = cognitive dissonance. You gave an audition for the role of Yamarāja’s personal recruiter. If someone else reposted your deleted words, that doesn’t erase the fact you wrote them — and owning that truth would make you a person of character. Choosing to whine about reposting instead only doubles down on the cowardice.
Feeling guilt yet? You should. It’s the decent reaction when your words cross the line from passionate to criminal. Fearful? Maybe a little — because reckless threats have real-world consequences: social ostracism, moderator action, and yes, legal attention if things escalate. I’ve done you the courtesy of warning you publicly. That’s not malice; that’s accountability.
You keep repeating, “I admitted my fault, therefore he must delete.” No, Prabhu. Admitting your fault doesn’t give you editorial rights over other people’s replies. I responded to what was public, not to your private diary. You’ve tried to turn accountability into negotiation — “I admitted it so now delete everything.” Cute attempt at bargaining.
Your repeated use of violent language and open threats is what pushed this discussion into legal territory. You can quote dates and times all day long, but it won’t erase the fact that you threatened bodily harm and doubled down on it. That’s not “discussion etiquette”; that’s intimidation, and it’s against both dharma and the law. No one threats anyone by love.
So here’s where I stand, clearly:
I will not delete my factual response unless moderators find it violates forum policy.
I will not tolerate threats, direct or veiled.
I will, however, continue to keep every record, because truth doesn’t fear evidence.
You say “Time is the greatest factor” — indeed. And time has already witnessed who lost their temper, who used threats, and who kept their composure. So here’s a bit of advice — not from a bully, but from someone who still cares enough to save you from yourself. Hari Hari.
Hare Krsna Govind Sharan Prabhu
I tried to make you delete the reply and for a very good reason. That reason has been already covered in the discussion I posted on Sep 23, 2025 at 4.47 am, " Why does the Personality of Godhead and His different incarnations and forms play the parts of devotees in this age than exhibit Their all powerful Visnu potencies in the material world ? "
Inspite of posting this discussion I sometimes get mad that while we are simply talking and discussing these things on public platforms or at home, the slaughter house business goes on unopposed. That is actually the reason why I was in rage when I typed that post. Still some civic sense prevailed and I deleted the post until you made it public again. I even said it was my mistake, not yours but that failed or I tried to intimidate you with the consequences mentioned in the post itself and not anything extraneous. But, I guess it didn't work so now you may do as you please. Atleast I don't have the guilt that I didn't try to save innocent, poor and helpless animals, birds and fish from mass slaughter by raising my voice or any other means at home or IDT, except actually getting physical because I have that much respect for the law.
