Hare Krsna dear devotees
After reading the second chapter of Bhagavad-gita one can appreciate that one is not the body but spirit soul. However, it is one thing to be able to intellectually follow that one is not the body and another thing to live this experience. What are the symptoms of a person who knows it for a fact that one is not this body?

because the external human form of God is not illusory at all for you.
This such statements indicate that avatara of Krsna is not illusory for some, but illusory for others. This is completely bogus and unacceptable. The Avatara of Sri Krsna or Sri Rama etc are the absolute Supreme Personality of Godhead in absolute sense and not in relative sense.
You are a part of this world and world is not illusory for you. The world can be illusory to God but not to you.
The world being not being illusory for some and illusory for others is also a bogus concept. The material world is a creation of the energy of Sri Krsna - It is temporary but it is real - for all, even for Sri Krsna. Lord Sri Krsna is not affected by it because He is the Supreme personality of Godhead detatched from the world, not because world is illusory for Him.
The internal absolutely real God is unimaginable
Yes through our material senses we cannot imagine the form of God, but it doesn't mean God doesn't have a form. Lord Sri Krsna is the absolute truth and has a spiritual form - Sat-Cit-Ananda.
The only way is to catch the external human form only with which the unimaginable God is identified
Completely inaccurate. Lord Sri Krsna Himself says in Bhagavad Gita how we can understanding Him.
bhaktyā mām abhijānāti
yāvān yaś cāsmi tattvataḥ
tato māṁ tattvato jñātvā
viśate tad-anantaram
One can understand Me as I am, as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, only by devotional service. And when one is in full consciousness of Me by such devotion, he can enter into the kingdom of God. ( BG 18.55)
dattaswami -> You have proven through your statements that you are spreading the poison of mayavada here. Please take this as your second Warning and leave these vaishnava forums. We cannot tolerate your fake theories and fake philosophies.

Individuals who are aware that they are not defined by their physical form place greater importance on internal development and personal advancement, rather than relying solely on external validation or accomplishments. They allocate time to engage in geometry dash spiritual practices, such as meditation, introspection, and studying sacred texts, in order to enhance their comprehension of their spiritual identity.
Well you can actually see such people in vrindavan, they are always busy in chanting, reading passtimes, distributing books, counselling new comers. A lot of them serve cows, do parikramas and purify their existence but to reach this level you need superior superior guidance, those who are not self realised , those who have not lost deh buddhi cannot even understand it.

"Bhagavad-gita was spoken to liberate one from the bodily conception of life, and Arjuna put himself in this position in order to receive this information from the Lord. One must become free from the bodily conception of life; that is the preliminary activity for the transcendentalist. One who wants to become free, who wants to become liberated, must first of all learn that he is not this material body."
Bhagavad-gita As It Is
Introduction
Hare Krsna Prabhu
"One who is spiritually advanced has no connection with the body or with bodily actions and reactions. When one comes to understand that he is not the body and therefore is neither fat nor skinny, one attains the topmost form of spiritual realization. When one is not spiritually realized, the bodily conception entangles one in the material world. At the present moment all human society is laboring under the bodily conception; therefore in the sastras people in this age are referred to as dvipada-pasu, two legged animals. No one can be happy in a civilization conducted by such animals. Our Krsna consciousness movement is trying to raise fallen human society to the status of spiritual understanding."

Srimad-Bhagavatam (1.2.18)
By spreading the Bhagavata principles, we can raise human society to the platform of perfection. When one is not affected by the bodily conceptions, one can advance to the Lord's devotional service. The more we advance our freedom from the bodily conception, the more we are fixed in devotional service, and the more we are happy and peaceful. In this regard, Srila Madhavacarya says that those who are too materially affected continue the bodily conception. Such persons are conducted with different bodily symptoms, whereas one freed from bodily conceptions lives without the body even in the material condition.

For example if someone calls him thin or fat, fit or very fit, he is not bothered because he knows that as a spirit soul he is neither thin or fat, nor is he fit or very fit.
