In 2020, I was 71 kg, now I am 104 kg. Height is 5 feet 7.

Now, my relatives are all reducing weight using herbalife afresh.

While it suppresses appetite and is still making us energetic as it has multivitamins.

However, it also contains caffeine.

 

Should I take it, as per my height, healthy weight range is 58 - 71 kg.

I need to reduce to at least 80 kg from the current 104 kg.

 

Also, I am working on my prasadam habits, mostly we gain weight during trips and prasadam when we eat out of greed and without applying brain into what we are eating. Best is to take a little bit of one dish.

    Why don't you check your Thyroid levels? If you are suffering from any underlying thyroid gland inactivity maybe like a hypothyroid conditon.. you start to gain weight. It could be corrected by some thyroid hormonal supplements. Consider consulting an Endocrinologist who will exactly guide you and also they will give you good tips how to control and manage the weight as all of these are many times hormonal related. We may try to cut down food, exercise a lot but still if that weight is not getting controlled then it surely many times is hormonal. Just check

  • Hare Kṛṣṇa.There is no issue with having more weight, as it doesn’t affect bhakti. However, you should have control over your food intake. This will gradually help to reduce your weight. You can use Ayurvedic churna for the best results. Hari Hari.
