Please let me know What will happen to those person who do pooja daily and do 2-4 rounds of japa and also do Ekadashi fast and he has no desire.. he do his duties without ego selfless desire but occasionally drink liquor in party with Freinds in get together during some events .
1 .What sinful reaction will get to these person ?
2.does his devotion service vanquished
3. Does he got animal birth in next life ?

thanks for video , so per his karma person go to hell
It means soldiers who die for Indian country will go to helll because occasionally they drunk in army party inspiite of his brave fighting with enemy and they die for India ,but as per karma they will go to hell and drink iron rod liquid as per shastra, this looks very injustice
please let me know yours suggestion or thoughts on this ?

Yes, most people perform sins, pious activities. They get reactions of both.. People after death are sent to receive punishments in Hell. They are also sent to heaven to enjoy luxury and pious sense gratification. When they have received sufficient punishments and enjoyed their quota of piety they are born again on earth. This has been going on infinitely for almost every living being of every species.
Eventually they get human birth which is the only birth in which they can get out of this cycle of birth and death.
this looks very injustice
It doesn't matter how it looks to anyone. A child in a kitchen may think, this blue flame looks so attractive, let me touch it. Fire will burn. As humans there are certain limitations and previliges given. Humans have capacity to understand it and be disciplined.
If somone deliberately wants to touch fire and say it is not logical that fire burns, or I have not harmed anyone why is Krsna burning my fingers, then it is meaningless. It is law of nature - If somoene misuses the previlege of Human life, then those previleges are removed.

If you give up drinking because it is not pleasing to Krsna, to please guru and Krsna, then it means you are devotee. Right?

he has no desire
A living entity who has no desire will not take birth. A living entity that has taken birth (any life form) certainly has desires.

Such a person will get positive benefit or piety which enables luxury and enjoyment in higher planets after death. They may also get favourable wealth etc in their next birth.

Such a person will get get lower forms of life in next life. Will get punishment in hell after death also.

Almost certainly a lower life. The next birth is dependent on inclination and activities of person. Higher life forms like demigods drink nectar. Lifeforms in lower planets like demons drink alcohol and other stale / rotten items. Humans on earth planets have been given milk, fruits for drinking.

if person doing japa daily but occasionally drink still he will get hell life and animal birth?
so that means his all devotion service which he did like japa and Ekadashi fast All are vanished due to drinking which he did that also very rare

I have provided references from scriptures on what is consequence of doing sinful acts and pious acts.
The devotional service is are never vanished nor is a life in hell or lower species a permanent situation.
There is story of King Bharata in Srimad Bhagavatam 5th Canto. King Bharata was sole king of the world and renounced his kingship in his oldage. He became an ascetic and was leading a very pure and austere life in forest. By accident he became attached to a deer. Due to his attachment to deer, he neglected his ascetic practices and became a deer in his next (second) life.
But Bharata in his deer body remembered his ascetic practices and there after was born as in a brahmana family as Jada Bharata (third life). As Jada Bharata he was careful not to be too attached to anything but practice of devotion.
So from this story of Srimad Bhagavtam we can understand that even something as affection to an innocent creature as deer can make a highly detached and elevated person take a body of deer. But in any case the devotional progress is not lost.

here in this story he got attached to deer and neglected Bhakti!!
but person who drink is not neglected Bhakti and he is not doing for some desire, he do to show gratitude and thank you for everything!
so why god Krisha will give such cruel punishment to sent to hell and give animal birth if someone drink occasionally.. he is not killing any one or doing viloence

Person who drink is not neglected Bhakti
Drinking alcohol is breaking one of four regulative principles of Bhakti. There are four principles of Dharma - Satya, Sucha, Daya and Tapasya
Drinking is against the principle of Tapasya. A person who has difficulty in following basic dharma will find practice of bhakti certainly difficult.
Breaking of regulative principle is worse than sin. It is aparadha or which is anti bhakti. If chanting is like watering the plant of Bhakti then aparadha is like pouring poison on the same plant of bhakti. So drinking is worse than neglecting bhakti. It is an act of losing bhakti.

Could you please clarify what is it that you have problem with - 1. Sinful actions being punished 2. Devotee being punished 3. Drinking being sinful activity.
