Khandit Vigraha

My 6 year old son was gifted a beautiful vigrah of Ram Lalla by HG Sri Gaur Prabhu, he is temple Vice President of ISKCON Dwarka in Delhi.

Now, the Vigrah has bow and arrow, and arrow was fixed in the thumb. I accidently broke the thumb and could not find the broken thumb.

Now Bow, Arrow is here and there, you know kids, and the thumb of Vigrah is broken. However, I have kept the Vigrah in my temple.

What should I do with the Vigrah now, as the thumb is broken?

What is the dhatu of the vigraha? Is it metal/ marble/ mud/ anything else?

    • Hare Krishna Mataji, Ram Lalla vigrah is made of mud only, dark coloured one.

        Hare Krsna Prabhu,

        PAMHO.

Very rightly suggested by Gayatri mataji.

Other option is to remove from altar and keep in showcase.

      • If it is made of mud you can do visarjan of it into a flowing river.
