We have to be very careful in Equating two different traditions. We have to accept the similarities and acknowledge the differences.
There are principles of religion which are same - existence of supreme being (God), surrender to God, the power of glorifying the supreme entity by recitation of Holy name, acceptance of holy scriptures, regulation in material indulgence, futility of material propensities etc
There are differences in practice of religious traditions - Vaishnavism is sattvic and proposes following the four regulative principles - No meat eating, No gambling, No intoxication, No Illicit sex. This is not so much regulated in other non-vedic traditions. Even Lord Chaitanya pointed out this to Chand Kazi in his historical meeting with him in Navadwip. Even Srila Prabhupad would point this out directly to Western religious heads.
It is best to appreciate similarities, respect every bonafide religion and every genuine follower of it. At the same time the differences cannot be ignored but have to be acknowledged respectfully.
We have to be very careful in Equating two different traditions. It means that there are similar principles and these principles becomes ground for harmonious and peaceful co-existence of different traditions with same goal.

you said :

.
vaishnavism is dharma of adoring vishnu ("one who is all-pervading").
allah is another name of lord vishnu and represents that supreme god.
anyway, word vaishnavism doesnt have anything to do with regulative principles.

"vaishnavism is dharma of adoring vishnu "
Srimad Bhagavatam mentions about personification of Dharma in SB 1st canto, how dharma is troubled by Kali and how King Parikshit protects Dharma from personification of Adharma(kali)
Dharma is said to have four pillars - Trughfulness, Cleanliness, Austerity and Mercy (SB 1.17.24)
Therefore, O friend of adharma(Kali), you do not deserve to remain in a place where experts perform devotional service according to satya and dharma for the satisfaction of Vishnu.(SB 1.17.33)
Süta Gosvämé said: Maharaja Parikshit, thus being petitioned by the personality of Kali, gave him permission to reside in places where gambling, drinking, prostitution and animal slaughter were performed.(SB 1.17.38)
So as per Srimad Bhagavatam which is one of the highest scriptures of vaishnavism - the breaking of four regulative principles is directly against the principles of dharma and hence is against Vaishnavism
Specifically - Illicit sex is against Cleanliness
Intoxication is against austerity.
Animal killing is against mercy and
Gambling is against truthfulness
word vaishnavism doesnt have anything to do with regulative principles
Followers of dharma simply do not go by single isolated words.
vaishnavism is dharma of adoring vishnu
True but how to adore vishnu ? It is not by any self speculated or imaginary sentimental means.
Devotional science unto Vishnu is a whole science. Srimad Bhagavatam gives all details of this great science. In particular 7th canto is entitled "Science of God".
Making blatant statements like word vaishnavism doesnt have anything to do with regulative principles will not be acceptable.
Breaking of the four regulative principles of Bhakti(Vaishnavism/ devotional service) is directly (head-on) against with the principles of Dharma as clearly stated in Srimad Bhagavatam

It's wrong to say that vaishnavism has got nothing to do with regulative principles.Even if one starts with the basic precept of vaishnavism;then the regulative principles entail.
it seems that srila prabhupada was following lord caitanya mahaprabhu conversation with some muslims.
with the same point, holy haridasa said also to muslim leader :
"All living entities in creation are inspired by the Lord in the heart to act in different ways. People of different religions praise the Lord's holy names and qualities according to the view of their scriptures. The Supreme Lord accepts everyone's mood. If anyone shows malice towards another's religion he actually shows malice to the Lord Himself, who is worshiped by that religion. Since God is one, that person becomes envious of the same Supreme Lord that he himself is worshiping."
“God is one. The same God is present in every religion; He is the non-dual absolute truth. In the different religions, it is simply the name that differs, but on the absolute plane, there is no distinction to be made. The same God sits in the heart of every single living being and he engages each one of them in His service in different ways. One worships in the way one is made to worship by Him.
.
actually ,vaishnavism means adoring supreme personality of godhead ,vishnu.
the name allah represents that supreme god.
considering all that, those who adore allah are vaishnavas.
if anyone from any religion accept and adore supreme personality of godhead,
no matter by which names and forms, they can be called vaishnavas.
*claps* First step to peace right there dean :)
