How to Love Krsna ?

"If I let go of my ego and realize that I’m not separate from Krsna, does that mean my love for Him disappears, since love typically relies on the separation between the lover and the beloved? And if there's no separation, how can I still love myself, or even love Krsna, when we are one?"

                    • Hey, Krishna can I come into your sampradaya? smileI feel love for you. I don't know if I am sahjiya or not. But I love Krishna. I am not far from you little difference can I transcend from Vaikuntha dasya bhava to Madhurya bhava of Goloka?

    • Thank you for your reply on avoiding Māyāvāda. Could you kindly clarify how the concept of love requiring separation aligns with acintya-bhedābheda?
      • Govind Shran prabhu ji,

Love never disappears. Love always exisits between Lord and His energies.

jīvera ‘svarūpa’ haya — kṛṣṇera ‘nitya-dāsa’

Therefore your position is simultaneously one with and different from the Supreme Soul. The examples given are those of the sun itself and the small particles of sunshine and of a blazing fire and the small particles of fire.” Another explanation of these verses can be found in( Ādi-līlā, chapter two, verse 96.)

Love " relies" on seperation  is not right statement. I agree.

Love in seperation and in union with the Lord is always present.

Like Bharat Prabhu quotes... Yashoda maiyya was with krishna love was there at that time and when they were far away from each other then also love doesn't die, so are the gopi's

Love in seperation is greatest and highest.

When you lose your false ego also you cannot become one with Krishna.

Because Krishna is infinite and you are marginal potency and ( qaulity wise you can be same but quantity wise different).

RECIPORCIATION OF LOVE WONT BE THERE IN SAYUJYA MUKTI. ( it is spiritual sucide).

Vimukti is what devotees long for.

What is Vimukti and What is Sayujuya mukti?

Sayujya mukti means atma will merge with impersonal brahman and there is no scope for love in that case. There is no loving relationship. It is what mayavadi's prefer. .. That is experience of supreme bliss but there is always a chance of falling down. There is no intimate loving relationship here.

Vimukti on other hand is different which is the jivas eternally resides in goloka and have intimate relationship with Lord .. There are close to Krishna, serving Krishna and enjoying the bliss of serving Krishna and yet they remain seperate from Krishna.  Devotees prefer this.

Govind Sharan Prabhu don't get confused with Sayujya Mukti and Vimukti.

I know you have some prema bhava abhaas. good luck.

Rasa Bhava and Prema etc. are highest stage .. we are babies now in bhakti. You have aabhas of love nice. But it must condense more and more and become as thick as butter. Keep doing bhakti.

        Hope it is clear now.

        Hare Krishna.

        • Thank you mātājī. Now, i clearly understood about the sayujya mukti and vimukti. These are something like new concepts to me. I'm beginner. I'm very grateful to you. Hari Hari.

Could you kindly clarify how the concept of love requiring separation aligns with acintya-bhedābheda?

        No

First you need to provide a bonafide source of where you got this conception that love requires something.

If there is no bonafide scriptural source then it is fit to be discarded. This is not a detail, this is a principle.

Devotees do not come up with mental speculations and go about searching which philosophy fits their speculation. Devotees understand sidhhanta and try to align and live as per Krsna's culture.

        Hare Krsna

  • Hare Krishna Prabhu

It seems you have still not started reading the books of Prabhupada and you are mentally speculating.

The reason why I am saying this is because:

Firstly the terminology used in the books of Prabhupada is false ego and not simply ego. False ego means ahankara. It is the junction between matter and spirit. In simple terms It means identification with the body. Then it is further explained in the books that there is a true ego also which manifests when the false ego is eradicated. True ego means one's identification as an eternal servant of Krishna.

The separation between the lover and beloved is not because of false ego or true ego.

    I humbly request you..

Just start reading the books and Srila Prabhupada will eliminate all your doubts in a systematic manner.

    Hari Bol

    • Hare krsna.

Thank you for your guidance. Hari Hari.
