How to attract myfriends into krishna consciousness?
This is a very deep question. In short, when others see that those who are practicing Krsna consciousness have better character, behaviour, quality of life and are very satisfied & stable in Krsna consciousness, that naturally attracts others. This is how Lord Chaitanya would attract public in general.
What should I say to my friends to attract them ?
There no one thing to say. Eg: Narada Muni said different things to different people and they all because great devotees.
To Valmiki he said to chant Mara Mara
To Mrigari he said to kill animals fully instead of half killing them
To Dhruva initially he told tolerate initially, later gave the Mantra and advised to practice austere meditation
To Prachinibarhi he told a fictional story
To Savalashvas he told to follow their elder brothers

Krsna is attractive they will come automatically sister. Like I came to Krsna looking at the deities of iskcon. Krsna is always smiling.
anathakoti means are we anatha ( orphans).
