A STORY-PAID IN FULL

many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's
showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told
him that was all he wanted.

SYNONYMS:
preta-āvāseṣu — at the burning places of dead bodies; ghoreṣu — horrible; pretaiḥ — by the Pretas; bhūta-gaṇaiḥ — by the Bhūtas; vṛtaḥ — accompanied by; aṭati — he wanders; unmatta-vat — like a madman; nagnaḥ — nake
Krishna points to the holes of the flute and says,"the flute has consented to be cut up into holes. I breathe into the flute my breath; and there is music for the healing of men."

SYNONYMS:
eṣaḥ — he (Śiva); me — my; śiṣyatām — subordinate position; prāptaḥ — accepted; yat — because; me duhituḥ — of my daughter; agrahīt — he took; pāṇim — the hand; vipra-agni — of brāhmaṇas and fire; mukhataḥ — in the presence; sāvitryāḥ — Gāyatrī; iva — like; sādhuvat — like an honest person.
