I love them and try to serve them but all too often I just don’t feel emotionally safe in their association. "Everybody wants pleasure, this whole world is pleasure seeking. But pleasure comes on different levels. There is physical pleasures, mental pleasures and spiritual pleasures.

If somebody is mentally pleased, they feel physically content also. If somebody is spiritually pleased, they feel mentally and physically..things are open.

To have a sentiment or feeling for Srila Prabhupada is very nice and is required, but the real thing is to do what he says. To say "I love" is easy, but the test is in following.

It is essential for every member of ISKCON to feel a strong, close bond of affection with Srila Prabhupada. Certainly he feels for us, his children and grandchildren. We have to reciprocate with him and feel his kindness if we are to develop real love in our hearts. That is what Krsna consciousness is all about.

Bhakti means love. Without love there is no question of bhakti.

We might, however, wish to limit the stricter definition of Vaishnava to those who pursue the path of suddha-bhakti, not knowingly mixing their theology with karma and jnana.
