naty-asnatas 'tu yogo 'sti
na caikantam anasnatah
na cati-svapna-silasya
jagrato naiva carjuna

SYNONYMS

na--never; ati--too much; asnatah--of one who eats so; tu--but; yogah--linking with the Supreme; asti--there is; na--nor; ca--also; ekantam--very low; anasnatah--abstaining from eating; na--nor; ca--also; ati--too much; svapna-silasya--of one who sleeps too much; jagratah--or one who keeps night watch too much; na--not; eva--ever; ca--and; arjuna--O Arjuna.

The impersonalists take it, this chanting, as means to attain liberation. They do not know that the chanting is the, real chanting begins after liberation.                                                                              Every human being should ask this question often to himself . This inquisitiveness will definitely take him to a position to begin the process of self realization. Why this is happening to me ? Why this is happening to me ? One should go on asking . What may be the cause of my good & bad fortunes ? How can I preserve my good ones & how can I control my bad ones .

I wrote in one of my previous blog that how I chant but do not pray to Lord so regularly.

Yesterday I was wondering why I pray so less. And this too when so many devotees   instructed me in the past to pray whenever I went to them with some difficulty in my spiritual progress. I had no clear answer. It is more bewildering when I look back and see that Srila Prabhupada, Lord Balarama, Guru Maharaj, whomsoever I prayed, those prayers have always been answered.
