From Vaishnav literatures we know that Lord Sri Krsna is the supreme personality of godhead and the cause of all causes (he is also the cause of creation)
I have 100% faith in what krishna says but,
Why in other literatures like Devi Puran, Godesses Durga is show as the supreme and Hari and all other as inferior, she is also depicted as the cause of everything, the cause of creation also?
Dear devotees please help me to reconcile this-

Can you please provide any specific reference(s) where Godess Durga is claimed as Independent AND Supreme ?
Can you please provide any spcefic reference(s) where Hari is shown as Inferior

sṛṣṭi-sthiti-pralaya-sādhana-śaktir ekā
chāyeva yasya bhuvanāni bibharti durgā
icchānurūpam api yasya ca ceṣṭate sā
govindam ādi-puruṣaṁ tam ahaṁ bhajāmi
The external potency Māyā who is of the nature of the shadow of the cit potency, is worshiped by all people as Durgā, the creating, preserving and destroying agency of this mundane world. I adore the primeval Lord Govinda in accordance with whose will Durgā conducts herself. (brahma Samhita 5.44)
mayādhyakṣeṇa prakṛtiḥ
sūyate sa-carācaram
hetunānena kaunteya
jagad viparivartate
This material nature, which is one of My energies, is working under My direction, O son of Kuntī, producing all moving and nonmoving beings. Under its rule this manifestation is created and annihilated again and again.(BG 9.10)
tasmai namo bhagavate
vāsudevāya dhīmahi
yan-māyayā durjayayā
māṁ vadanti jagad-gurum
vilajjamānayā yasya
sthātum īkṣā-pathe ’muyā
vimohitā vikatthante

I offer my obeisances and meditate upon Lord Kṛṣṇa [Vāsudeva], the Personality of Godhead, whose invincible potency influences them [the less intelligent class of men] to call me the supreme controller. (SB 2.5.12)
The illusory energy of the Lord cannot take precedence, being ashamed of her position, but those who are bewildered by her always talk nonsense, being absorbed in thoughts of “It is I” and “It is mine.”( SB 2.5.13)

Vyas dev ji wrote 18 Mahapuranas. of them Shiva purana and Devi Bhagwatam are classified under Tamasik and Rajasik mode respectively.
Vyas dev ji wrote all the Puranas but then he was not contended.. he felt empty inside .. he glorified SHIVA in Shiva purana .. he glorified Devi in Devi Bhagwatam... and yet his mind was at uneasy and restless.
At that juncture Narada Muni came to meet him one day. Narada ji inquired what was cause for his restlessness. Veda Vyas ji told .. I have glorified Devi..I glorified many other demigods even Shiv ji but somehow I am not feeling contended. What is lacking in my puranas? why is that I am not so restless and not contended.

Thus the great sage Nārada, while instructing Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam to Vyāsa Muni, condemned the karma-kāṇḍa (fruitive) activities mentioned in the Vedas. Nārada told Vyāsa:
"The people in general are naturally inclined to enjoy, and you have encouraged them in that way in the name of religion. This is verily condemned and is quite unreasonable. Because they are guided under your instructions, they will accept such activities in the name of religion and will hardly care for prohibitions." ( SB 1.5.15)
Śrīla Nārada Muni chastised Vyāsadeva for compiling so many Vedic supplementary scriptures, which are all intended for guiding the people in general. Nārada Muni condemned these scriptures because they do not mention direct devotional service. Under Nārada's instructions, direct worship of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, as described in the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, was set forth by Vyāsadeva.

Before compiling Bhagwatam.. Veda Vyasa ji praised many demigods as Supreme Personality of Godhead and gave them the title. Because of ignorance. When his Spiritual master ( Narad ji) chastised. He started to compile Srimad Bhagwatam and praised glorified Supreme personality of Godhead Sri Krishna and then only his mind became calm and attained peace. So, NARAD MAHASHRI opened Veda Vyas ji's eyes to the fact that what he had done is all wrong. He literally chastised ( is given).
The demigods ( Durga ) who acting according to Lord Krishna's orders is running this Mayanagri..( the world of illusion) we are her kids we are kept in the jail by her and we like this illusory world so we keep serving the maya devi.
Karma Kanda is work done to beget some good results or material success.
Lets us say you are doing homa for Durga and you praise Durga maiyya that you need a big bunglow ... you need a Tesla car you need that this... ( like what these TANTRIC's do for getting benefits like power over something). IF YOU WANT TO ATTAIN SOME BENEFIT OUT OF A RITUALISTIC ACTIVITY that is called KARMA KANDA and Karma KANDA procedures are all mentioned in Devi Bhagwatam.. LIKE how to PLEASE DURGA TO ATTAIN HER MERCY AND get some benefits.
But Bhakti for KRISHNA HAS NO benefits seeking activity. BHAKTI IS DONE FOR KRISHNA SELFLESSLY... so it is NOT KARMA KANDA.
REALIZE ONE THING-
YOU ARE A PART AND PARCEL OF SRI KRISHNA. YOU NATURALLY BELONG TO KRISHNA. Like a finger is there it is a part of the whole body. You are also like a finger of the SUpreme Personality of Godhead Sri KRISHNA.
tho mote akal ki baat suno-- tum Sri Krishna ke isharon pe chalte ho.. tumhara koi wajood hi nahi hai... tumko kuch chahiye gaadi bunglow ya fir school mein exam mein pass or job mein kuch tarrakki chahiye toh tumko... Kya japa karne ne zaroorat hai? ungli ko kya chahiye.. woh Krishna dekh lenge .. haan ki na?
You don't even need to do any rituals to please Krishna for these material things in life.
Krishna jaante hai ... finger bhi unka hi part hai... toh ungli ko kya chahiye woh khud dekh lenge.
ye poore ritualistic karma kaandi log itte baar devi maa ko praise karo.. woh tumko gaadi bunglow de degi.. itte japa karo ya bakri kaat ke unko bhog arpan karo.. ye sab rituals karne se maa prasaann hogi..ye sab bekaar hi hai.. jo dena hota hai.. woh Krishna de hi dete hai.
Now that is why Narad ji Chastised Ved Vyas ji who made all these Puranas praising demigods as supreme personality. .. and asked him to compile Srimad Bhagwatam praising the Sri Krishna .. who is all worthy to be called as ONE WITHOUT A SECOND
ONE WHO IS THE CAUSE OF ALL CAUSES
ONE WHO IS WORTHY TO BE CALLED AS SUPREME PERSONALITY OF GODHEAD .. That is One and only one Sri Krishna.
