Why does pitr loka exists?

Hare Krishna to all the devotees 

All glories to srila Prabhupada 

 

After death (changing of body) the soul is taken by yamduths, who take the soul to either hell or heaven (according to their past misdeeds or good deeds) or goes to vaikuntha (in case of a devotee) or takes birth again (enters into another body based on its previous actions ) , then why does pitrloka even exists or who resides here?

                      I was thinking about myself actually, since I don't think EVERYONE (means me) can become a brahmachari...  It's not easy to follow it(I think) you must be great brahmachari but I don't think I can become one ...

                      No, I was just asking. Since I don't think everyone can become a brahmachari.

                      what do you expect from household life?it is just paltry pleasure mixed with hell load of miseries.or are you like bhaktivinoda thakur who wants to beget a child who can proclaim the glories of Krishna all over the universe?
