Yes, this is the goal of human life. Our consciousness should be filled with Krsna, Krsna's pastimes, qualities, form etc rather than being absorbed in consumption, sex, rest and conflicts which is available even for lower species. Just like sun, moon rise set without fail by Krsna's arrangement, whatever material is needed for our bodies & maintenance will be provided by Sri Krsna, so they are not worthy of our attention, effort or consciousness. The only object worthy of our attention, energy, & consciousness is Krsna.
But when we try to find pleasure outside of Sri Krsna, we are given pain, then we get busy getting rid of that pain. After getting rid of pain, we again seekpleasure outside of Krsna and this goes on and on. But if we seek engagement, service in Krsna, then we are transferred to a different realm. It's simple.
