Namaste everyone,
I am working as an Accounts Manager and have more than 14 years of professional experience. However, throughout my career I have faced an unusual pattern that troubles me deeply. Many of the companies I have joined eventually went through serious difficulties such as branch closures, restructuring, downsizing, or even bankruptcy.
Because this has happened multiple times, I sometimes feel as if I might be carrying some negative karma, curse, or spiritual influence that is affecting my career path. It has made me question whether this is just a coincidence in today’s uncertain economic environment, or if there could be a deeper karmic or spiritual reason behind why I keep experiencing this pattern in my professional life.
Could anyone guide me on how to understand such situations from a spiritual perspective? Is this a matter of destiny, past karma, planetary influences, or just coincidence? And are there any remedies, prayers, or practices that might help me overcome this pattern?
I would be grateful for your insights.
Thank you and pranams.

Pranams. What you’re experiencing is understandably unsettling, but it’s important to be gentle with yourself. Many organizations today face instability due to economic cycles, industry shifts, and management decisions that are completely beyond the control of any single employee. Experiencing this repeatedly does not automatically slope rider mean negative karma or a curse.
From a spiritual perspective, challenges are often opportunities for growth, detachment, and clarity rather than punishment. Focusing on steady personal practices—such as prayer, japa, meditation, gratitude, and self-reflection—can help bring inner stability even when external circumstances fluctuate. At the same time, a practical review of industry trends, company fundamentals, and role alignment may also be helpful.
Try not to internalize systemic problems as personal spiritual failure. Faith, patience, right effort, and discernment usually bring clarity over time. May you find strength, balance, and the right opportunities ahead.

I hope you have not told this to your friends, relatives, society etc because India is still an orthodox society where all the blame or onus falls on women and then they are tagged with pretty nasty words which you know.
Last night my friend send me a video on a guy named Monal Kohli. The school in which he studied closed. The company in which he worked also closed. Then he went to samay raina show and his show was also closed. Then he met samay in an indigo planet and samay joking made a video hoping that indigo doesn't shut down and that is exactly what happened a few days ago. So this happens to many people and not only you
Now samay show was closed because he crossed all the limits of vulgar talks and indigo was grounded due to mismanagement. Kohli isn't to be blamed. Similar could be regarding his school and his company and similar could be in your case. So don't be in that old era mindset and don't spread any negativity about yourself.
Actually, spirituality isn't everything, and it can lead to better belief. Often, intuition combined with data analysis leads to a better approach.
geometry online, thanks!
From a spiritual view, it may not be negative karma but simply external circumstances beyond your control. Still, practices like prayer, meditation, or mantras can bring peace and strength. Trust your skills and integrity - they will guide you to better opportunities ahead. Sincerely, Drift Hunters

Since 2008 financial crisis many companies have closed, too many have started and closed. This likely to continue or may be even increase.
As long as you haven't done anything wrong in your professional duties, no need to worry about such things. If you want to perform some karma kanda rituals, then feel free to do it. But this is not the right forum to discuss karma kanda rituals.

Hare Krishna,
Stop overthinknig Asha mata ji. When working in an organisation the loss or gain is not because of individual karma. It is because of collective karma.
You are not the only one who is in that perticular branch or office.
There is not remedies or prayers or practices for these type of happenings. It is just because of uncertain ecomonic times that we are living in right now.
Just praise Lord Sri Krishna say.. even with such uncertainities around I am able to still drag so long and maintain my life with some income... It is all because of Lord's grace that you have 14 plus years of experience working. Somehow Krishna is saving us from all these bad times.
Jagannath ji humari raksha sarvada karte rahe bas yehi manokaamna ho.
People may changes, time may change... place you work may change... but what remains with you is always Krishna. Jab mushkile aaye Kanha humare saath the.. Jab sukh aaya tab bhi Kanha ji humare saath hai. bas yehi vishwaas se aage badhe.
One who believes that whatever happened happened for my good.. whatever happening is happening for my good. Krishna is taking care of me and I am under His protection never runs after any temporary remedies and false hopes.
Just learn the lesson and keep moving.. you went to many new places learned many new new things..
Doing karma is in your hands. Don't think about the results of the karma done.
This type of negative thinking is because you are thinking you are responsible for the result of the collective karma fal.
