in the struggle for existence with the mind and 6 senses keeping ourself ready for Krishna's service ?
There is no struggle for existence. There is struggle. There is existence. There is service for Krsna.
The struggle is present because living entity is trying hard to fulfill material desires. The struggle is not for existence. Krsna is the maintainer of elephants which eat tons of food, they dont struggle much for it, Krsna provides to all living entities.
Due to conditioned life, they are struggling very hard with the six senses, which include the mind.(BG 15.7)
How to physically, mentally, intellectually renounce desires for sense gratification ?
By accepting Krsna conscious desires. When our activities, mind and intelligence are used for fulfilling Krsna's desire then we are freed from desire for sense gratification.
kāmaṁ ca dāsye na tu kāma-kāmyayā
King Ambarisa engaged his desires in fulfilling the desires of the Lord (or executing the mission of the Lord). (SB 9.4.18-20)
