Hari bol. Manjari's had their own significant role in Krsna seva. We should depend upon them begging their grace. Hari Hari.

As far as I can see, Mataji is just a simple devotee — nothing exceptionally great or extraordinary about her. Yes, she seems humble, and that’s certainly a good quality, but humility alone doesn’t indicate gopi-bhaav.
And since you mentioned that you’ve known her for a long time, perhaps you can point out what special spiritual qualities you’ve seen in her that make you believe she possesses such an exalted mood? Has she shown anything that truly sets her apart from ordinary devotees — any depth of realization, renunciation, or selfless love that reflects the level of gopi-bhaav? Because from what’s visible, there’s nothing that suggests she’s beyond the stage of a sincere, simple practitioner. Hari Hari.
Once mataji herself said, if I remember correctly that was on a question by Madhav Das prabhuji, that the only one who can judge a devotee is krishna, it is upto the lord to see the qualities in a devotee. What I am saying is that I don't think we need to argue on who is simple devotee or who is an extraordinary devotee.
I was not able to see mataji's first reply on this question so I don't know what led to this, but I am sure that you, Madhavdas prabhuji, and mataji all are great devotees, If you would like to know her you should actually directly contact her.
I don't know anything about it. My personal cojecture about this is that every devotee is a great devotee. I don't think you have to find them. ISKCON if full of great devotees.
Maybe because of how Krishna left vrindavan because he was indebted by the love of gopis towards him, so lord came in the form of mahaprabhu to repay his debt as so he chanted gopis names. Gopis were lords great devotees afterall. I think

From which perspective can a devotee be judged? You haven’t pointed out the qualities you know about her. I’d like to know her. Hari Hari.
