Above statement is incorrect according to teachings of Lord Brahma, Lord Chaitanya & Srila Prabhupada.
Sada Shiva is Shambhu tattva which is not same as Vishnu Tattva. My intention is not to disrespect Lord Shiva or hurt anyone's respect towards Lord Shiva. But equating lord Shiva to Sri Vishnu is an offense to both of them. Sepcifically 2nd offense against Hari nama
śivasya śrī visnor ya iha guṇa nāmādi sakalam, dhiyābhinnaṁ paśyet sa khalu hari-nāmāhita-karaḥ Padma Purana (Section: Brahma Khanda 25.15–18)
To consider the names of demigods like Lord Shiva or Lord Brahma to be equal to or independent of the name of the Lord Vishnu.
Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu continued, “To say nothing of ordinary living entities, even Lord Brahmā and Lord Śiva cannot be considered on the level of Viṣṇu or Nārāyaṇa. If one considers them as such, he is immediately considered an offender and atheist. (CC Madhya 25.79)
The following shlokas are conversation between mother Parvati & Lord Rudra
O lord, you told me that one should avoid conversation with heretics, and that it is more censurable than (talking to) a candala. (Tell me) of what kind they are said to be, and with what signs they are marked. (Uttara-khaṇḍa, 235.1)
Lord Rudra Answers as follows
yas tu nārāyaṇaṁ devaṁ
brahma-rudrādi-daivataiḥ samatvenaiva vīkṣeta sa pāṣaṇḍī bhaved dhruvam
A person who considers demigods like Brahmā and Rudra to be on an equal level with Nārāyaṇa is to be considered an offender, a pāṣaṇḍī.’ Padma Purāṇa (Uttara-khaṇḍa, 235.9) (CC Madhya 25.80)
The correct understanding of Shiva Tattva is as follows
kṣīraṁ yathā dadhi vikāra-viśeṣa-yogāt sañjāyate na hi tataḥ pṛthag asti hetoḥ yaḥ śambhutām api tathā samupaiti kāryād govindam ādi-puruṣaṁ tam ahaṁ bhajāmi
Just as milk is transformed into curd by the action of acids, but yet the effect curd is neither same as, nor different from, its cause, viz., milk, so I adore the primeval Lord Govinda of whom the state of Śambhu is a transformation for the performance of the work of destruction.(Brahma Samhita 5.45)
actually in that photo the standing one is shankar and the spreme shown is sadashiva;krishna himself said in gita that he is shankar too and shiv-the all pervading too.The lord has infinite forms, but the original thing is only one the godhead krishna,he is father,he becomes durga he becomes ganesh he becomes narsingha..................eko brahma dwitiyo nasti
Please accept my humble obeisances. This picture is entirely wrong and absolutely has no scriptural basis. Dearest subhash prabhu, if you carefully study the bhagavat gita, lord krishna says that he has a transcendental form which is anantam ( infinite)...this is confirmed by krishna himself as well as lord brahma ...many great acharyas....The superconsciousness which pervades all the universe ....krishna himself clarifies that the impersonal form is but his effulgence....THE SUPREME HAS FORM...THE SUPREME HAS FORM......please understand that there are 1000 s of verses ....confirming this strict truth...If you are not interested in shastras...that is another aspect....then you can do extensive research on the universe....we dont accept any kind of impersonal theory here because its the revelation of great acharyas and in many authentic scriptures like srimad bhagavatam, the accurate distances of planets, location of stars, bhumandala, many aspects of the universe are covered with great accuracy...many western scientists like carl sagan etc...wonderfully glorified the shastras...even Robert oppenheimer glorified lord krishna and bhagavat gita....I beg you to kindly go through the shastras carefully...many devotees are given revelation about the form of the lord...One of my friends who was a non devotee got the universal form of the lord and he accepted the next day that the lord has a form....This depends on individual revelation .....Immature opinions like supreme is formless is strictly rejected by srila prabhupada...who is jagad guru and bonafide acharya in the brahma madhva gaudiya vaishnava sampradaya....in the scriptures there are many instances where many impersonalist yogis like durvasa muni also appreciated devotional servic eto the personal form of the lord greatly than the ashtanga yoga system...

Parabrahma is The Formless Supreme(The Supersoul or Consiousness) which pervades the entire universes.

Nope.Parabrahma is the Supreme Lord with form. Sri Vishnu is Saguna Paramātma that pervades the entire universe.
