when we have Gaura nitai deity and jagannath baladev subhadramayi picture which one we should keep as presiding deity in our home altar?

They are same personalities so You can put the image of Lord Jagannath Baladeva Subhadra Ma in the left side of Gaura Nitay or in the back front side as like in the next images:
But if Deities are there then as Jagadatma Prabhu told better to make Deity form the main Masters of the house.

Hare Krsna. Are the Gaur Nitai deities regularly worshiped/installed? If they are then offer all bhoga to Them.

yes prabhuji, gaura nitai is properly installed and we are doing abhishekams on ekadashi days. thanks for this clarifications
