What should one do to be a "Perfect Disciple"?

Devotees please give your input. (Please be as specific as possible.) Haribol

A) Follow the instructions of Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Perform Sankirtana every single day.

B) Follow the instruction of Srila Prabhupada Perform a "minimum" of 16 rounds of attentive Mahamantra japa.

C) Avoid the 10 Namaparad (committing offenses completely  disrupts  one's  spiritual  life)

(And make remedy as prescribed in Harinama Cintamani when offenses committed)

1) Blasphemy of the devotees of the Lord.

2) To consider demigods to be independent of the Supreme Lord, and to similarly think Lord Krsna's name, form, qualities and pastimes are separate from Him.

3) To disobey the spiritual master who reveals the truth about the holy name.

4) To criticize the scriptures that describe the glories of the holy name.

5) To think the excellences and divine qualities of the holy name are imaginary, and to so interpret the scriptural glorification of the holy name.

6) To commit sinful activities on the strength of the holy name.

7) To instruct the faithless on the glories of the holy name.

8) To equate chanting of the holy name with auspicious ritualistic activities recommended in the karmakanda sections of the Vedas.

9) To be inattentive while chanting the holy name.

10) To not develop love for the holy name after learning the name's glories because of maintaining attachments to the body and things related to the body.

D) Does This: (nectar of Instruction)

One who follows these six principles favorable to the execution of pure devotional service:

(1) being enthusiastic, (about making this the last life and go back to Godhead)

(2) endeavoring with confidence, (knowing that those who followed this path obtained Love of Krishna)

(3) being patient, (that over time, results will be seen)

(4) acting according to regulative principles [such as sravanam kirtanam visnoh smaranam--hearing, chanting and remembering Krsna],

(5) abandoning the association of nondevotees,
and

(6) following in the footsteps of the previous acaryas. These six
principles undoubtedly assure the complete success of pure devotional
service.

E) Does NOT do this: (Nectar of Instruction)

One's devotional service is spoiled when he becomes too entangled
in the following six activities:

(1) eating more than necessary or collecting more funds than required;

(2) overendeavoring for mundane things that are very difficult to obtain;

(3) talking unnecessarily about mundane subject matters;

(4) Practicing the scriptural rules and regulations only for the sake of following them and not for the sake of spiritual advancement, or rejecting the rules and regulations of the
scriptures and working independently or whimsically;

(5) associating with worldly-minded persons who are not interested in Krsna
conscionsness; and

(6) being greedy for mundane achievements
