In Gita (as it is) chapter 13 verse 30, it has been mentioned that all activities are performed by the body and that the Self does nothing.
In the commentary below this verse, nothing is explained about the 'Self'. The only thing that has been told about the 'Self' (in the commentary) is that, IT is outside all bodily activities.
The sanskrit term used by the Lord is 'atmanam'.
But the Lord or the commentator didn't explain in full detail, the nature of this atma or Self.
