All you have to do is watch "Sri Pancha Tattva Maha Abhiseka 2014 by professional devotee videographers" as much as possible. I am addicted to this video and I can't stop watching it. It is really helping me so very much. I am having much less job stress now because the video stays in my mind even when I am at work.

Very good idea Pandora. In addition to strong faith and Bhakti, we can try Pranayam as well. Pranayma is mentioned in Gita and can really help with a lot of things. The changes are very subtle, but can be noticed after a while.
Definitely Krishna bhakti is topmost, but pranayam will just help a little bit as well.
