Suicide---out of adibhoutik pains

PAMHO

I have 2 questions in my mind.please give answers as per shastras,

1) If out of adibhoutik pains given by other humans troubles a human brain so much that he/she decides to commit suicide what happens with the soul after death ?

2) as if now we see that so many crimes are beeing done out of them murders are prevailing so much what happens wid both  the souls one who is being murdered and one who is doing it?

For instance the person was krishna's devotee in both the cases what would happen to that soul?

I apologize if it is an unappropriate question in regards of KC.

    suicide is also a sin..  it also adds to previous sin or punya.. and in new birth we suffer //.... better is believe krishna 

    same with the person who kill other..

      Srimad-Bhagavatam 3.14.24

      "Ghosts are bereft of a physical body because of their grievously sinful acts, such as suicide. The last resort of ghostly characters in human society is to take shelter of suicide, either material or spiritual. Material suicide causes loss of the physical body, and spiritual suicide causes loss of the individual identity."
