Importance of SP for Iskcon followers
Srila Prabhupada is founder acarya of ISKCON.
An acarya means one who propagates practice of Krsna consciousness by one's behavior.
By studying the life of Great vaishnavas - person bhagavatam one derives inspiration to follow the path of Bhakti. In fact much of Bhagavatam is about, prayers and life of great devotees like - pandavas, Dhruva, Prahlad, Vritrasura, pandavas etc
By understanding the life, struggles, principles, behavior attitude, achievements of Srila Prabupada any ordinary person can derive the same inspiration . Apart form this Srila prabhuapad followed the most vital instruction of SBSST of presenting the timless vedic wisdom in English language in simple and practicable manner. Anyone who reads any book of SP can easily understand the essence of vaishnava philisophy and will of God
Hence Srila prabhupada's life and teachings become an important source of inspiration not only for his followers but also for other vaishnava sampradayas. SP is not the last guru, not the last acarya. Every acarya exemplifies vaishnavism in a manner that contemporary world can appreciate accept and practice devotional service.

Ours is bramha gaudya madhava parampara ,in this parampara ,his divine grace Srila prabhupara is the last guru in the disiplinic succion after Saraswati goswami , so srila prabhupada being in the parampara and a pure devotee of krishna remains the preeminent siksa-guru of ISKCON for future Generation.

This is a misunderstanding that some people have. A parampara can has a beginning and Supreme personality of godhead is the beginning of a parampara. The knowledge then is passed on in disciplic sucession. There is nothing like last guru of a parampara. Parampara continues as per the desire of Krsna. They cannot end nor can anyone make them end.
Srila Prabhupada is founder acarya of ISKCON and prabhupada continued the paramapara of Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur. Similarly disciples of SP continue the parampara. It would be incorrect to unsubstantially say that SP is last guru.
