eko bahūnāṁ vidadhāti kāmān
The Supreme Lord is eternal and the living beings are eternal. The Supreme Lord is cognizant and the living beings are cognizant. The difference is that the Supreme Lord is supplying all the necessities of life for the many other living entities.(Kaṭha Upaniṣad 2.2.13)
Supersoul is one of the manifestations of the Supreme personality of godhead Sri Krsna. All other living beings are dependent on Sri Krsna.

The soul is you, the Supersoul is Sri Krishna, a.k.a Paramatma or Ksirodakasayi Vishnu. They both reside in your heart and in the hearts of all living beings.
