i am a new devotee from past six months I don't know about so much about bhoga offering but I offer bhoga as described in the book "prabhodani" some devotee says the you should perform achaman and if i should perform then what is the right way to perform achaman?

The simplest way I have learnt from devotees is as follows
Sit on mat. Take few drops of water from acaman pot in your right hand. Sip it. Chant Om Keshavaya Namah.
If your hand touches ur lips the u need to purify by putting more drops from acaman pot into ur right hand and letting it down.
Sip the acaman water three times this way. Chanting Om Keshavaya namah, Om Narayanaya Namaha and Om Madhavaya namaha. The fourth time just purify your hands by taking water in ur hand and chanting Om govindaya namaha.
Yes it is recommended to peform acaman before offering. Once you start doing it, you'll realize than this can be done in less than 15 seconds.
