Prabhu's

.....part of Srila Prabhupadas purport contains the phrase

The living entities are separated parts and parcels of the Personality of Godhead. Therefore Lord Sri Kṛṣṇa is the original form of Godhead, and He is the last word in the Transcendence. Thus He is more attractive to the higher transcendentalists who participate in the eternal pastimes of the Lord. In forms of the Personality of Godhead other than Śrī Kṛṣṇa and Baladeva, there is no facility for intimate personal contact as in the transcendental pastimes of the Lord at Vrajabhūmi.

the phrase I have highlighted has become apparent to me and I feel needs clarification, I think it refers to the Maha Vishnu forms as other!

    Hare Krsna PRabhuji,

    PAMHO.

I will attempt to answer your question. What this sentence means is that if you see the other incarnations of the lord - like Matsya or Kurma (Fish incarnation, Tortoise Incarnation) or Varaha incarnation (Wild Boar incarnation), there is no loving interaction with the lord. There is only awe and reverence. Whereas if you see Krsna in Vrindavan, there is intimate relationship with the lord in vatsalya bahava, sakhya bhava and madhurya bhava (parental, friendly and conjugal feelings). Obviously this is much more intimate and seeing with awe and revering from a distance.

I hope I have been able to explain. If you still have doubts, pls ask. I will try to explain.

    Haribol,

    Your servant,

    Rashmi

    • yes of course, you are right, one cannot have a relationship with these creatures so awe and reverence is all that applies.

      many thanks

    • Haribol prabhu,

thank you for your reply, I have been listening to HH Romapada Goswami lectures given in india 2007 Nov, where he explains about the expansions of Sri Krishna and Sri Balaram etc.

I think I was being to analytical, I still think there is a question there just not sure myself what it may be.
