We know there is no difference in Radha and Krishna.. In jonmastami we celebrate fasting till midnight but in Radha Astami why we celebrate fasting till noon?

Because lord Sri Krsna appeared at midnight in prison of Kamsa at Mathura.
Similarly lord Chaitanya appeared at time of eclipse at Navadvipa
