Note:

The intelligent does Dharma only for Moksha omitting Artha and Kama

Till this Stage there is reaction of ones activities that is pious activities fetches good results andsinful activities fetches bad results. Therefore we are still bound at this stage.

GURU SADHU SASTRAS say:

Understanding something as Good and something as Bad

 ·         Higher Understanding of the same that in every good there is bad hidden and ever bad there is good hidden.

·         Highest understanding is there is nothing completely good and nothing completely Bad.

Since in every good bad is hidden, therefore it is said in material world everything is sinful as such and no one can say that he has done good.

Therefore it is also said in Material world there is nothing completely good and as goodness (Sattva) is not suddha since bad is hidden therefore we are asked to transcend the mode of goodness and reach the suddha Sattva.

There are chances to fall again (Like snake and Ladder) from this place if one does not transcend the below fine line.

One attains the human form of life after transmigrating through 8,400,000 species by the process of gradual evolution. That human life is spoiled for those conceited fools who do not take shelter of the lotus feet of Govinda.

In summum bonum level we have

·  Sudha Sattva/Vasudev Sattva – Completely Good /Uncontaminated goodness / Pure Goodness - that which is attained by Akarma (activites that do not fetch good or bad results) such activities are called pure good activities or Suddha Sttava activities and the followers of this activities are always followers of Vishnu. Therefore this stage is also known as Vasudev Sattva

·  Highly Advance in Civilization – Are called Vaisnavas –  exhibit exemplary behaviour – is situated in Suddha sattva platform.

o   Levels of Visnavas/grades of Vaisnavas from neophyte to a Maha Bhagavata.

One who is working towards to behave in an exemplary manner is (Vaisnava) and one who has/attained exemplary behavior he is referred and recognized as Great Personality (Maha Bhagavata).

This Great Personality's mind (thought) is revealed to an extend by by his exemplary behavior (Ideal Character, Speech/words, Activites/deeds, Code of Conduct) at the gross level.

Defeating of Drawins Evolutionary Theory

The British scientist Charles Darwin (1809–1882) laid the foundation of modern evolutionary theory with his concept of the development of all forms of life through the slow-working process of natural selection. His work has exerted a major influence on the life sciences and earth sciences and on modern thought in general. Here Srila Prabhupada challenges the crux of Darwin's theory by pointing out two critical omissions: the overseeing intelligence of God and the transmigration of the immortal soul from body to body.

>>> Ref. VedaBase => BID 9: Darwin

This is statement in the Padma Pur... Janma-paryayat, by evolution, we come to this human form of body, and in this human form of body, we have got the chance to develop Krsna consciousness. And if we do not do that, then we are losing the opportunity, missing the opportunity.

Next body I shall get according to my karma. But if you become Krsna conscious in this body, in this human form of body, and if you try to understand what is Krsna, then tyaktva deham punar janma naiti [Bg. 4.9], then after giving up this body, you do not accept another material body. This is Krsna consciousness movement. We are trying to educate men to become Krsna conscious so that he may not have to accept another material body.

>>> Ref. VedaBase => Bhagavad-gita 13.23 -- Bombay, October 22, 1973

So, to get this human form of life, one has to wait for many, many millions of years, according to evolutionary process. Asitim caturas caiva laksams tan jiva-jatisu. In the Padma Purana the evolution theory is described. That is taken away by Darwin, and in a perverted way he has described Darwin's theory of evolution; but that is not very scientific, although it is going on as scientific. But evolution theory is fact. Not that all of a sudden you get this body of human being, no. Tatha dehantara-praptih [Bg. 2.13], "After death there is another body, dehantara." Just like in this life also, we get dehantara, another body. From baby's body to child's body, child's body to boy's body, boy's body to youth's body, from youth's body to old man's body; then, after old man's body, why not another body? But the rascals, they do not believe transmigration of the soul. It is very quite reasonable. After changing so many bodies, I have come to this old body. So what after this old body? There must be some body; it is quite reasonable. But these rascals have no brain to understand that there is life after death. Big, big professors in European countries, they do not believe transmigration of the soul.

In this manner we have discussed from 1st class Brahmana (Vaisnava) to 10th class scientist (Atheist).

We seek the blessings of all the Vaisnavas, Acharya Parampara, Guru and Gauranga so that we can relish the taste of the Krsna Katha with ever increasing bhakti.

Dear Krsna Rupa Mataji dandavat pranam   Hare Ktsna,

Thank you for writting on these  KC subjects.

I read everything with intrest in your presentation and would like to ask you something.

You have given in the title      reverse and flexible evolution.       I am intrested why you gave these terms as it did not appear so clear in your presentation as reverse or flexible.

Also I would like to add onto this that.

The evolution of the soul is described  as the evolution of conscousness through 5 stages

Just as a lotus plant begins to grow in the mud at the bottem of a pond.

1.completely covered cnsciousness                               Body of  rocks stone mountains plants trees  non mooving bodies.

    2. shrunken or contracted consciousness                         Body of animals insects fish reptiles having mooving bodies.

    3. Budding consciousness                                 Body in human species enquires into what is our origin,  is there a God?

    4. Blossoming consciousness                                          God consciousness Krsna consciousness  aham brahmasmi.

5.Fully blossomed consciousness                                      Complete Krsna consciousness   Krsna prema.

From the stage of budding cosciousness when one searches for the Absolute Truth is the human platform.

If one has a human form but does not make inquiry then he is still an animal,  shrunken or contracted consciousness.

Each stage has greater independance,    knowledge  and realisation which is fully developed in the final stage.

In the stage of perfection called trance, or samädhi, one's mind is completely restrained from material mental activities by practice of yoga. This perfection is characterized by one's ability to see the self by the pure mind and to relish and rejoice in the self.

In that joyous state, one is situated in boundless transcendental happiness, realized through transcendental senses. Established thus, one never departs from the truth, and upon gaining this he thinks there is no greater gain.

Being situated in such a position, one is never shaken, even in the midst of greatest difficulty. This indeed is actual freedom from all miseries arising from material contact.         BG 6.20-23

As for Rathas having 16, 14 and 12 wheels we as devotees have a different understanding.

Lord Jagannath is the Original Supreme Personality of Godhead and poseses all the shaktis in full.

These shaktis number 16 and are reprisented by the principal 8 Gopis and the 8 Manjaris.

In the temple of Jagannath they are present as the 16 Chandis.

Also known as the 16,000 +  108    queens.   (interesting how we chant 16 rounds)

Balarama is less powerful with 14 shaktis and Yoga Maya less again with 12.

So if Mr Darwin and his followers cannot inquire into the soul and the Supreme Soul they are not considered as human and are  still considered on the level of monkeys.    Shrunken and contracted consciousness.

Hare Krishna dear Mataji, Please accept my sincere obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

why You do not also put this subject in Your blogs so that whenever we want we could easily find and read?

    Thank You Your servant, maral

  • Hare Krishna Mataji.

Truly it is a wonderful article which you have compiled here, and it would go a long way in clearing-up many common questions about Krishna Conscious philosophy in a nutshell.

I would like to say that the verse number which you have quoted from Chaitanya Charitamrita which gives the number of species of life is 19.138, and not 19.38.

    Please forgive my fault-finding mentality.

    yas,

    Amar Gaur das
