    Hare Krsna Prabhuji,

    PAMHO.

One simple answer is - continue to chant.

To focus, it will help if you have a picture of deities or deities in front of you when you chant.

Try and chant early morning - in brahma muhurta, when most people are sleeping.

Join online chanting group. Very helpful.

Eat only Krsna prasad the whole day.

    Read some spiritual text everyday.

Understand that when you are chanting, you are chatting with the lord. Bare your heart to the lord when you are chanting.

    Best of luck prabhu.

    Haribol,

    Your servant,

    Radha Rasamayi DD

  • Hare krsna prabhu ji,

I can understand what you are going through and this happens with all initially. Prabhupad said chanting of hare krsna mantra will win eventually so do not pay attention to your monkey mind and convert your chanting into call for krsnas attention. Hear and read more about importance of chanting. Pray hard to Gaur Nitai , Prabhupad and All vaishanavas before you chant.

    • okay prabhuji i will do this

  • Hare Krishna Prabhu ,

You can Try Chanting with Prabhupada japa Playing in the Background . Chant in the early Hours of the Morning ,also Chant when there is no Disturbance or when you are alone at Home and if Possible do not keep any immidiate work after Chanting so you wont think about it or rush your Chanting. Hope this helps in Focusing on the Sound vibration while Chanting & Quality Attentive Chanting

    • Hare krishan , thanks mataji
