Why females are not allowed to go to temple and worship gods during their periods ??
Is some rules written in vedas or scriptures or any other authentic books??
Please someone explain me clearly.

Why females are not allowed to go to temple and worship gods during their periods ??
It is to manitain purity and sactity of a sacred place. It is common sense. Just after passing stool one will not eat food without washing hands. Blood and other discharge produced is impure. In worship purity and hygiene is very critical. They may be allowed to visit but worship is definitely not allowed.
