I have strong faith in the lord and this faith makes me
accept all the philosophies which bring me closer to the
lord.I have been to many spiritual organisations and finally
got attracted to the vedic philosophy that is tought in ISKCON
.After coming to ISKCON I felt very blissful,enthusiastic and
spiritually elevated.As I developed knowledge of the creation
of this nature,I started to respect all living beings and
converted from Non-vegetarian to Vegetarian taking only prasadam.
As the time passed my devotee circle increased and other contacts
started to diminish.I got inspired by the dedication of the
devotees in the service of the lord.I started to compare myself
with other devotees and felt that I may remain neophyte for the
rest of my life.I come from a family which is happy in its own way
and has no major turbulences.About 50% of the devotees whom I know
have gone through very difficult situations in life and as per my
speculation this could be one of the reason for their spiritual
advancement.Although I feel blessed to have association of the
learned devotees sometime I am uncomfortable with their behaviour
with non-Iskcon people.They keep reasonable distance by doing things
like not accepting the food (veg) offered to them with love,avoiding
any conversations with them.
When Krishna is present in every living entity as the supersoul then
why should we differentiate between people as devotees and non-devotees,
moreover labelling them as Karmis and materialistics.How can they be
fallen if they follow some other faith which is considered to be not
bonafide as per our knowledge.I personally believe krishna loves
everyone and being separatist or partial to particular group will not
make him happy.I have feeling that we are involved into books,
scriptures, rules and regulations to an extent where we forgot our
responsitbility toward family,friends and in general society.All these
years I observed that devotees have lot of problems in their personal
life than others like bad family relations,divorce,abusing partner,
depression etc.
I know this may sound harsh and offending to some devotees but I believe
we cannot have loving family relationships without spending enough time
with family and serve everyone unconditionally.
I have complete respect to devotees and the teachings of the scriptures and
my intention is not to offend anyone but still I apologise if I hurt the
feelings of anyone.I've added this discussion after seeing the dispute in
the family of devotees which resulted in the divorce of initiated couple.
In conclusion, ISKCON is the best place to be in this material world and
I have shared my understanding and pain with you and I whole heartedly thank
lord for giving me such an association.

In ISKCON cannot be any sufferings because ISKCON means International Society for Krishna Consciousness.
Where there is Krishna Consciousness there is no suffering.
We suffer and abuse people, or do not tolerate good husband or good wife just because we are not Krishna Conscious. Sometimes.
Or many times.
So it depends. And we should not blame Krishna Consciousness for such like misfortunes.
Problem is we do not take the process very seriously.

IN THIS MATERIAL WORLD EVERYONE WILL SUFFER BOUND TO SUFFER.
For this only this world was created. Durga Mother has an astra with three knives or how it is called. So with those three she is giving us three types of sufferings:
1. suffering from one's own mind
2. from other living entities
3. force major disasters.
In the reality everyone is a Devotee of God. But some are sleeping and some are waking up. So those who are trying to wake up stay together happily, those who like to sleep sleep together 'happily'
so what is the difficulty to understand?
Life is interesting when we stay with those who understand us.
Parent is that who loves you and understands you who takes care of you. Sister or brother is that who loves you, protects you....

Just blaming doesn't help. Every soul has its own free will and is unique in that sense.
