If we know that, someone bear livelihood by taking illegal money like bribe, interest etc. should we take any donation for any vedic temple or arranging any Krishna consciousness program ?

This is to be decided by temple authorities. I know some temples avoid money earned by breaking regulative principles. It is because such money brings negative mentality / karma even to temples. Also those donors have mentality that by giving some to Krsna their sins r nullified.
Some tenples may say that it is ultimately for lord's service and accept it. But it is a conscious risk they take.
Arranging Krsna conscious program/ Kirtan which is for benfit of every1 without accepting money is best service. This way they will think tht KC ppl have some standards and respect them which is good for their KC. If it is done for money then due to their mentality they will disrespect devotees.
In addition, those people who receive bribe, interest etc. may expend the money for anti KC work like gambling, eating fishes, meats etc. Isn't it better to convince them to expend a part of it for Krshna's work ?
