  • Hare Krishan prakash prabhu ji,

Chant maha mantra when ever you in doubt. This is what i do: every time my Mind demands for something or attracted to materialistic world items. I chant maha mantra until my desire is finished or i have less desire.

    Hopefully this helps.

  • Hare Krishna,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srils Prabhupada. All glories to guru and Gauranga.

    Bhagavad-gita 6.35

The Blessed Lord said: O mighty-armed son of Kuntī, it is undoubtedly very difficult to curb the restless mind, but it is possible by constant practice and by detachment.
    PURPORT
The difficulty of controlling the obstinate mind, as expressed by Arjuna, is accepted by the Personality of Godhead. But at the same time He suggests that by practice and detachment it is possible. What is that practice? In the present age no one can observe strict rules and regulations, such as placing oneself in a sacred place, focusing the mind on the Supersoul, restraining the senses and mind, observing celibacy, remaining alone, etc. By the practice of Kṛṣṇa consciousness, however, one engages in nine types of devotional service to the Lord. The first and foremost of such devotional engagements is hearing about Kṛṣṇa. This is a very powerful transcendental method for purging the mind of all misgivings. The more one hears about Kṛṣṇa, the more one becomes enlightened and detached from everything that draws the mind away from Kṛṣṇa. By detaching the mind from activities not devoted to the Lord, one can very easily learn vairāgya. Vairāgya means detachment from matter and engagement of the mind in spirit. Impersonal spiritual detachment is more difficult than attaching the mind to the activities of Kṛṣṇa. This is practical because by hearing about Kṛṣṇa one becomes automatically attached to the Supreme Spirit. This attachment is calledpareśānubhūti spiritual satisfaction. It is just like the feeling of satisfaction a hungry man has for every morsel of food he eats. Similarly, by discharge of devotional service, one feels transcendental satisfaction as the mind becomes detached from material objectives. It is something like curing a disease by expert treatment and appropriate diet. Hearing of the transcendental activities of Lord Kṛṣṇa is therefore expert treatment for the mad mind, and eating the foodstuff offered to Kṛṣṇa is the appropriate diet for the suffering patient. This treatment is the process of Kṛṣṇa consciousness...
I hope this will help you .
It will take time. Simply follow the instruction of your guru. All the ISKCON temple activities will help you to achieve this goal. As an example; the mind may not be agreeing to fast on Ekadasi. You disobey the mind and fast on Ekadasi.
Slowly slowly the mind will come under your control. Do it carefully. Try to absorb in Krishna Conscious activities. Depending on time place and  circumstance this process may vary person to person. This is why it is help full to live in association of senior devotees who can guide you depending on your nature.

    Hare Krsna

1)How to say NO to Mind...?

By saying Yes to Krsna, Means saying Yes to devotional practices like - chanting, services, hearing, cooking etc. We need to absorb our consciousness in Krishna conscious activities. We cannot vacuum out our mind, but we have to enrich our mind with Krsna consciousness.

2)How to make strong intelligence if one is under minds control..?

By reading. If we carefully read SP books BG and SB our intelligence and determination will tremendously improve.

    3) trap in this cycle not getting out of this...

Last 5-6 verses of 3rd chapter of BG deal with this. Below is the final verse

Thus knowing oneself to be transcendental to the material senses, mind and intelligence, O mighty-armed Arjuna, one should steady the mind by deliberate spiritual intelligence [Krsna consciousness] and thus—by spiritual strength-conquer this insatiable enemy known as lust.

    Hare Krsna

  • SB 11.20.24Through the various disciplinary regulations and the purificatory procedures of the yoga system, through logic and spiritual education or through worship and adoration of Me, one should constantly engage his mind in remembering the Personality of Godhead, the goal of yoga. No other means should be employed for this purpose.
    .
SB 11.20.25If, because of momentary inattention, a yogī accidentally commits an abominable activity, then by the very practice of yoga he should burn to ashes the sinful reaction, without at any time employing any other procedure.
    .
SB 11.20.26It is firmly declared that the steady adherence of transcendentalists to their respective spiritual
positions constitutes real piety and that sin occurs when a transcendentalist neglects his prescribed duty. One who adopts this standard of piety and sin, sincerely desiring to give up all past association with sense gratification, is able to subdue materialistic activities, which are by nature impure.
    .
SB 11.20.27-28Having awakened faith in the narrations of My glories, being disgusted with all material activities, knowing that all sense gratification leads to misery, but still being unable to renounce all sense enjoyment, My devotee should remain happy and worship Me with great faith and conviction. Even though he is sometimes engaged in sense enjoyment, My devotee knows that all sense gratification leads to a miserable result, and he sincerely repents such activities.
    .
SB 11.20.29When an intelligent person engages constantly in worshiping Me through loving devotional service as described by Me, his heart becomes firmly situated in Me. Thus all material desires within the heart are destroyed.
    .
SB 11.20.30The knot in the heart is pierced, all misgivings are cut to pieces and the chain of fruitive actions is terminated when I am seen as the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
    .
SB 11.20.31Therefore, for a devotee engaged in My loving service, with mind fixed on Me, the cultivation of knowledge and renunciation is generally not the means of achieving the highest perfection within this world.
    .
SB 11.20.32-33Everything that can be achieved by fruitive activities, penance, knowledge, detachment, mystic yoga, charity, religious duties and all other means of perfecting life is easily achieved by My devotee through loving service unto Me. If somehow or other My devotee desires promotion to heaven, liberation, or residence in My abode, he easily achieves such benedictions.
    .
SB 11.20.34Because My devotees possess saintly behavior and deep intelligence, they completely dedicate themselves to Me and do not desire anything besides Me. Indeed, even if I offer them liberation from birth and death, they do not accept it.
    .
SB 11.20.35It is said that complete detachment is the highest stage of freedom. Therefore, one who has no personal desire and does not pursue personal rewards can achieve loving devotional service unto Me.
