Matajis should work outside or not ? (Vedic View Point)
from vedic point of view, should matajis work in outside job ? If financial condition is well, then is it allowed ? Also wanted to know, if they can work upto 11:00 PM in night ?

also even war used to stop when there was Sun set. Such like important event but even though it used to stop and give chance to the soldiers to take proper rest.
Krishna told to Arjuna to Arjuna to fight not to Draupadi :)))) Her duty, even she was a kshatriya woman, to help her husband staying at home and taking care of the house - palace.
Women should be protected from the association of other men. This is one of the main cases.

Women not working is an obsolete principle in the current scenario..Vedic principle told to have bath three times..I hope all devotees are following it..Male devotees would not look and chat with women..people would have their meals before sun set..its very easy to say what used to happen in the past...what vedas say..in Tretayug...people would not die with diseases and accidents..their was no inflation and price rise stuff at those time..today it is quite essential for women to meet household expenses..more over the most important point everybody carefully ignored is..." There is need for women doctors for women centric diseases"..similarly there is need of lawyers and social institution for fighting cause of women"...theres one term called "gynecologist" ...DONT U THINK WOMEN NEED TO BE DOCTORS FOR WOMEN CENTRIC PROBLEMS..DONT YOU THINK THERE IS NEED WOMEN OFFICERS, LAWYERS,WOMEN POLICE,DOCTORS IN TODAY'S ERA TO FIGHT FOR WOMEN CAUSE...
3 times bath takes Sannyasis.
2 times grihasthas.
1 time brahmacharis.
So principles are same.
It does not mean that women enforceable sit at home and do not do anything. No, if woman has desire and time then she can do what gives her happiness. If she like to teach then she will teach. If she likes to cure then she will be a doctor. But mostly women do it not for big money but out of love for their duty.
But usually when there is new born child better to be with the child.
And do not leave child without care and love for the sake of money. This is the problem of present world.
And man who is not able to provide one woman with few kids then something is not good....better he should try his best in order to fulfill duties better and do not let her wife to do his duties.
But if there is need then wife also may help. Since it is kali yuga.

Vedic instruction is absolute in all respect and beneficial for all the varnas and Ashrama including woman. Now Today where the world is standing is no way on the basis of Vedic principle , Todays situation is totally created by the whim of personal decision to satisfy senses , thats why this kind of needs are arising as you have mentioned like need for woman in all section of society for their own protection and welfare, But we must know that this situation would never arised if we would have followed the instructions of scriptures and saints. Now it may seem practical for deputing woman in all sections of society but please remember that it is no way going to give a permenant solution for the society and woman as a whole, because constructing a building in a baseless foundation not helps in long term. It will break down, as happened in US long back.
US gave full freedom to woman, but what the consequence they seen ? No family life, no mental support, Physical abuse of woman, No honor for woman, No respect for woman, Grown up children with no ethical and moral value, Drug addiction. Isn't that havoc?
India is no exception now a days, as it is borrowing the western culture of full so-called freedom of woman without following our vedic culture. So the consequences is happening and going to be happen is also havoc.Isn't that, abuse of woman got increased in workplace, road, bus..etc. Was it there 100 years before in India ? Isn't that todays media, newspaper use woman as object to sell their product , is it called freedom? what the young girl child is learning when they seeing bollywood actresses ? What a child will leran when he sees that his mother comes every night at late and not have time to take care of him, and in weekend take the child to outside and put all the grabage of today's so called resturant, what kind of consciousness he will devolop ? what kind of youth India will see?
So , what devotees are saying here is a standard way that should be followed for ultimate benefit of woman and society. It may seems impractical in today's situation, but we should also know we may attempt to adjust this situation with another scripture less decision, but that will not ensure ultimate benefit, because we are imprfect so as our decision. Thats why whatever it may seems beneficial for adjusting todays situation, That doesn't mean Vedic injunction is obsolete and we are right. We should remember where we are now today is for our own whimical decision. We may follow or not follow the law of scriptures , but we have to suffer the consequence.

Kaliyuga is blessed with things Like recession..if husband looses job the whole family comes on road..if he has wife who is working...then it will help
We need to think of Country like India where 41% people are below poverty line. If wife sits at home..what will happen to them? The construction worker gets 100 rs per day, if his wife doesnt work outside they wont be able to educate child, bare hospital expenses of their children and grand parents...
At the airports and at security places women cops are needed to check women...The luxury of women staying at home lies with fortunate and rich people..70% of India's population resides in village...
What if girl happens to be a doctor..who will save the patients..? why shud girl even get qualified n spend money of her parents if she doesnt have to work...krishna told geeta to arjuna to engage him in work...he wanted to quit his job..but later did it brilliantly..

there are special times when we have to do some particular things.
When there is no Sun visible then it is time for sleeping and giving rest to the body in order to become strong again and continue our service next morning.
Morning hours better for spiritual practice. Because the mode of goodness is prevalent.
It says that mind can take rest only between 9 PM up to 12 PM. But physical body takes rest between 12 PM up to 3 AM. If we do not give rest to them then other times the body can not take full rest. And after some time it will be destroyed.
In this way there are special times for eating also. There are food stuffs that we can eat in a particular time but not in other time. For example, fruits and sweet things are good at morning times. ...
Milk is better at night times.....

If money is enough then mother can stay at home and take nice care of her children or if she does not have children then do some service at the Temple.
And take nice care of her husband, husband's family...
