Hare Krishna!! The Lotus- eyed Lord Krishna performed lots of leela/ miracles when advent on earth more than 5000 years ago. There are some fortunate devotees who have experienced or have been eye- witnesses to Krishna Leela/ miracles even today in this age of Kali. It would be interesting and indeed a spiritual realization to hear from those devotees who have received the Lord's tender mercies to have had this divine/ supreme experience.

All who chant the Maha Mantra; those that utter Krishna's various names; those that see the authorized deities in the temples and those that read the authorized vedas.. all are witnessing and experiencing Krishna.
All of the above are none different from Him.

As i understood You are asking the next question:
if someone had some kind of afflatus (revelation) between Devotee and Krishna?
The relationship between Krishna and Devotee is like an intimate relationship between husband and chastely wife. Why chastely wife should tell about her relationships to everybody openly?
On the contrary sincere Devotee hardly tries to hide his feelings towards Krishna. But sometimes when that happiness over flows it may appear as tears, trembling...
They open their heart only to those who are very close to them as friends and who understand them.
Only cheaters may say you openly that they seen Krishna and they have been in Spiritual World...
